IMPORTANT Reminder Alert!

If you received any PERIOD 1 PRF payments from the time period April 10, 2020 through June 30, 2020 and have not reported them yet, please be aware that the HRSA reporting portal has opened up for one last deadline. This last submission opportunity is open starting December 13, 2021 at 9:00am and MUST be submitted no later than December 20, 2021 at 11:59pm ET. The PRF reporting is generally completed by the clinic staff (although it can be completed by an outside company). This reporting is NOT the covid reporting of the number of tests that you have been doing each month, this reporting is for the funding received by the clinic during a certain time period and requires supporting information to be submitted through the portal. Almost all RHCs received a minimum of $100,000 during the period of April 10, 2020 through June 30, 2020 – this MUST be reported on or you will need to return the funding not reported.

PRF reporting is very important and ALL funds not reported on through this portal will need to be returned back to HRSA no later than December 30, 2021 at 11:59pm. If you have any questions or need guidance on reporting steps please feel free to reach out to us and we will try to help guide you on what you need to do in completing this. Again, this is very important to take care of ASAP if you have not already.
