| Dear RHC,
The Supreme Court vacated the injunctions that were previously in place on January 13, 2022. CMS will now enforce the Covid-19 Vaccine Mandate in all states.
CMS issued QSO-22-09-ALL on January 14, 2022 to outline the new timeline for the states considered exempt when the initial guidance was released in December (QSO-22-07-ALL). CMS released QSO-22-11-ALL on January 20, 2022 for Texas.
